Travel Rider

Artist: MICHAEL AND AMY

1. ARTIST AIR TRAVEL

If Artist is traveling by air, Purchaser agrees to provide, at its expense:

a. Two First Class round-trip flights to the location of the performance from Artist destination of choice, per Artist scheduling requirements. Direct flights are preferred whenever possible.

b. Artist Preferred carrier is US AIRWAYS.

c. Due to the dynamic nature of Artist's schedule and routing, air travel needs to be managed, booked, and/or confirmed by Lionsong Entertainment, Inc.

2. GROUND TRANSPORTATION

If Artist is traveling by air, Purchaser agrees to provide, at its expense:

a. Privately chauffeured transportation to and from airports.

b. Privately chauffeured transportation to and from venues.

3. GROUND TRAVEL

If Artist is traveling by ground, Purchaser agrees to provide, at its expense:

a. Reimbursement for shipping, fuel, toll, lodging, and meal expenses directly related to the transportation of Artist and Artist’s equipment to and from Purchaser’s engagement. Such expenses will be outlined in advance and included in Artist’s contract.

4. ARTIST ACCOMMODATIONS

Purchaser agrees to provide, at its expense:

One NON-SMOKING, king suite, four-star or better hotel, concierge or club level at event location, or a location not to exceed 5 miles from performance venue.

5. MEALS

Purchaser agrees to provide, at its expense:

a. Two meals per day for ARTIST. These may be ordered from hotel room service or at an outside venue.

b. Artist’s dinner meal must be served no later than 60 minutes prior to Artist performance time.

6. Any changes made to the above list may be modified in writing with approval from ARTIST.
